About The Position

This role involves a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. There is a virtual in-basket support team and collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization. A robust onboarding and mentorship program is provided. The schedule offers flexibility with a 4-day work week for full-time positions, part-time opportunities, and flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are available. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs initially. There are abundant leadership and committee work opportunities, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.
