About The Position
This role involves a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. The position includes virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. There is flexibility in the schedule, with options for a 4-day work week for full-time positions and part-time opportunities available. Flexible patient visit duration and remote video visits from home are also offered. The physician will have light, all-virtual call duties, screened initially by an RN, NP, and PAs. Abundant leadership and committee work opportunities are available, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Responsibilities
- Support physicians with paneled patient needs through a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs.

Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
