About The Position
This is an opportunity for a Physician specializing in Internal Medicine to join a team-based care approach. The role involves supporting physicians with paneled patient needs through collaboration with NPs and PAs, utilizing a virtual in-basket support team, and fostering collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization. The position offers a robust onboarding and mentorship program, flexibility in scheduling with a 4-day work week for full-time roles, part-time opportunities, and flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are available. Physician call is light, virtual, and screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs. There are abundant opportunities for leadership, committee work, and active promotion of quality improvement projects. - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Responsibilities

Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
