About The Position

This role utilizes a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. It includes virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. The position offers flexibility in schedule, with a 4-day work week for full-time roles and part-time opportunities available. Flexible patient visit durations and remote video visits from home are also offered. Physician call is light, virtual, and screened by an RN, NP, and PAs initially. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.
