About The Position

This role involves a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. The position includes virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. There is flexibility in the schedule, with options for a 4-day work week for full-time positions and part-time opportunities available. Flexible patient visit duration and remote video visits from home are also offered. The role includes light physician call, which is all virtual and screened by an RN, NP, and PAs initially. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.
