Physician, Internal Medicine (Fremont, CA)
About The Position
This is an opportunity for a Physician in Internal Medicine to join a team-based care approach. You will work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to support physicians with paneled patient needs. The role includes virtual in-basket support and robust collaboration with specialists across the organization. A comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program is provided. The position offers flexibility in schedule, with 4-day work weeks for full-time roles and part-time opportunities available. Flexible patient visit durations are also offered. Remote video visits from home are possible. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened initially by an RN, NP, and PAs. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
