Physician - Hospitalist Medicine - Part-Time
About The Position
Vituity is seeking a part-time Hospital Medicine Physician for Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, California. The hospital is a 90-bed county facility, designated as a primary stroke center, with an 8-bed closed ICU and annual emergency department volume exceeding 41,000. Hospitalists are not required to perform procedures or manage ventilators. Vituity intensivists are in-house 24/7, with labs and imaging available on site. Vituity is a physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Physicians are equal and valued partners from day one, with autonomy, local control, financial transparency, equity ownership, and opportunities for career development. The role is supported by Vituity’s corporate healthcare team and peer expertise across its clinician network. The position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000 depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience; compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated according to clinical hours worked. Partnership income may increase total compensation beyond the stated range.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.
