About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to provide hospital medicine care at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, California. The position is part-time. The hospital is a 90-bed county facility and designated primary stroke center, with an 8-bed closed ICU and annual emergency department volume of more than 41,000. No procedures or ventilator management are required. Vituity intensivists are in-house 24/7, and labs and imaging are available on site. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Clinicians are supported by a national corporate healthcare team and peer-level expertise across 9,000 clinicians. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range.
