About The Position
Vituity is seeking Hospital Medicine physicians for HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. The hospital is a 350-bed facility with a 60-bed closed ICU, STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center, and annual volume of 60,000. The practice has full subspecialty backup and on-site CT, MRI, and laboratory services. No procedures are required, and an intensivist runs all codes. Vituity staffs the Emergency Department, Hospitalist Medicine, and Critical Care at this site to provide integrated care. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000. Vituity is a physician-owned partnership offering physician partners autonomy and local control, financial transparency, profit distribution, and career development opportunities. The role is based in Springfield, Illinois, a community with historic landmarks, outdoor recreation, seasonal weather, and convenient access to Chicago and St. Louis.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
