About The Position
Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join its physician-owned partnership at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. The role offers up to a $100,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Physicians participate in Vituity’s partnership model from day one, with autonomy and local control, financial transparency, profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. The practice is a rural critical access hospital and Level IV Trauma Center, with 20 hospital beds and an 8-bed Emergency Department. The patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric, and the ED sees approximately 6,000 visits annually. The position serves a community in northeastern Wisconsin with nearby outdoor recreation and access to Green Bay. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Partnership income may significantly increase total compensation. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
