About The Position

One Community Health is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care at its clinic in Stevenson, Washington. The role is full-time at 1.0 FTE, with 32 patient-care hours per week and a schedule of 16 templated appointments per day. There are no call requirements. The first-year compensation package includes a $230,000 base salary, a $20,000 first-year guarantee, a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment, and relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000 depending on relocation distance. Total first-year package value is up to $285,000, plus potential RVU incentives. The physician participates in the productivity incentive program during the first year for incentive earnings over the first-year guarantee, and receives full incentive earnings after the guarantee. After year one, annual compensation is stated as $250,000–$310,000, including base salary and potential RVU incentives. The RVU incentive threshold is 3,900 RVUs, with typical annual incentive earnings of $20,000–$80,000.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
Current board certification in the specialty field.
Current Washington medical license in good standing.
DEA licensure in good standing.
