About The Position

One Community Health (OCH), a Federally Qualified Health Center serving communities throughout the Columbia River Gorge, is hiring a family practice physician for its clinic in The Dalles, Oregon. The role provides comprehensive family medicine services to the physician’s own panel of patients in a collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians. OCH emphasizes respectful, dignified, and culturally sensitive care for a diverse population.

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position with a four-day workweek, including 32 patient contact hours and eight hours of clinical asynchronous care time. The schedule includes 16 templated appointments per day. There are no call requirements.

The first-year compensation package includes a $230,000 base salary, a $20,000 first-year guarantee, a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment, and relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000 depending on relocation distance. The package is valued at up to $285,000, with potential RVU incentives. After the first year, annual compensation is listed as $250,000–$310,000, including base salary and potential RVU incentives. The RVU incentive threshold is 3,900 RVUs; typical annual incentive earnings are $20,000–$80,000.

Requirements

• Licensed MD or DO.
• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
• Current board certification.
• DEA licensure in good standing.
