About The Position

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its physician-led, collaborative multispecialty group in San Francisco. The role offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum outpatient internal medicine in one of six San Francisco neighborhood clinics, with the support of a larger multispecialty organization and access to an expansive physician network. Telehealth capability is available.

The position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, flexible schedules, autonomy within the practice, and opportunities for leadership and growth. Physicians work in partnership with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, which provides administrative infrastructure to support patient care. Professional opportunities may include teaching, research, innovation, mentorship, leadership, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient internal medicine care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary physician team to provide patient-focused care.
• Contribute to expanding access to primary care services in San Francisco.
