About The Position

Essentia Health is seeking a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join their team. This is a 100% remote position, working 0.6 FTE. The practice involves outpatient care, focusing on diabetes-related devices such as pumps, sensors, and meters. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no evening, weekend, or holiday call. The practice is located in Duluth, MN, but the role is remote, with specific state restrictions for remote hires (California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Colorado, and Oregon).

Requirements

• BC/BE in Endocrinology
• Ability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered endocrinology care.
• Apply and analyze latest diabetes-related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.
• Manage outpatient practice with a patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day.
• Work 24 hours per week over the days and hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
