About The Position
Join a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND, in 2027. Located just minutes from Fargo, this is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while benefiting from the support, resources, and specialty services of the established Fargo-Moorhead Essentia Health system. We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaboration, team-based care, and the opportunity to help shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes.

Responsibilities
- Help build a practice from the ground up.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes.
- Provide patient care within an outpatient-only practice.
- Manage an average patient volume of approximately 14–20 patients per day.
- Utilize Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe.
- Access specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead Essentia System.
