About The Position

Ochsner Health System in New Orleans is seeking BC/BE ENDOCRINOLOGISTS with an interest in treating patients with pituitary disease and/or endocrine malignancies and endocrine complications related to cancer or cancer therapy. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to participate in a dedicated subspecialty multidisciplinary team and to join our team of eight Endocrinologists and eight Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Requirements

• BC/BE ENDOCRINOLOGISTS
• Interest in treating patients with pituitary disease and/or endocrine malignancies and endocrine complications related to cancer or cancer therapy

Responsibilities

• Serve as investigator on clinic trials
• Perform US guided thyroid FNAs
• Interpret CGMS, Thyroid US and Bone Density
• Mentor four endocrinology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students on rotation
