About The Position
Northwestern Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time Endocrinologist to join our expanding outpatient practice in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This position is based in our Northwestern Medicine North Region, which includes several communities surrounding Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. The role involves clinical endocrinology primarily in an outpatient general endocrinology setting, with a rotation on the inpatient Endocrinology hospitalist service. There is also an opportunity for teaching Family Medicine residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to community-focused clinical excellence and patient experience. This is a full-time clinical FTE position with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
Responsibilities
- Clinical endocrinologist primarily involved in outpatient general endocrinology
- Rotation on the inpatient Endocrinology hospitalist service 1 out of every 7 weeks
- Teaching Family Medicine residents while in the outpatient or inpatient setting
