About The Position
Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington. The position offers an ownership partnership model with autonomy, local control, financial transparency, profit distributions, equity ownership, and career development opportunities. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000. The practice is a 346-bed hospital and Level III Trauma Center with a 44-bed Emergency Department, annual volume of 55,000, a 10% admit rate, 24-hour subspecialty backup, and an Epic EMR with Dragon dictation. It is a community emergency department serving a large catchment area, with strong relationships among consultants, hospitalists, and surgeons. The role is suited to physicians interested in an academic setting with current residents. Vituity seeks physicians who embrace ownership, help cover shifts, support colleagues, provide constructive feedback, and participate in operational improvements and new initiatives.
