About The Position

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to help patients with joint pain and arthritis find relief through non-surgical, non-opioid treatments and therapies. The role involves evaluating patients, determining appropriate treatment, and helping ensure each patient has a comfortable and efficient visit. The position is per diem, as needed, and based in an in-person office setting at a private practice. Practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The organization provides support and training, exposure to leadership, and opportunities to participate in developmental events. Requirements

Clear and active state license.
Knowledge of orthopedic medical procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Social perceptiveness and a service-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the extent of joint damage.
Perform screenings and develop patient treatment plans, including recommendations for supplements, injections, and other therapies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to minimize joint pain and damage.
Complete patient documentation requirements.
Ensure a positive patient experience.
