About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) for LliBott Consultorios Medicos in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a full-time position in adult primary care, outpatient setting, offering a 4-day workweek. The PA will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older, evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on preventative care and long-term wellness. Responsibilities include performing office-based procedures such as joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions. The role involves seeing approximately 20-25 patients per day with dedicated administrative time, which can be completed remotely. The position requires delivering culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population.

Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant license in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of Physician Assistant experience.
• Fluent Spanish speaking required.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

• Experience performing outpatient procedures including joint injections, minor surgeries, incision and drainage, toenail removal, or urgent care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older.
