About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) for LliBott Consultorios Medicos in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is a full-time, outpatient adult primary care position. The PA will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older within a financially stable, physician-led practice. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness. The role also involves performing office-based procedures such as joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions when qualified. The PA will see approximately 20-25 patients daily with dedicated administrative time built into the weekly schedule. Administrative responsibilities can be completed remotely, with collaboration from an experienced clinical support team. A key aspect of this role is delivering culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population.

Requirements

Active North Carolina Physician Assistant license.
Minimum one year of Physician Assistant experience.
Fluent Spanish speaking required.
DEA registration or ability to obtain.
Strong communication and patient education skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience performing outpatient procedures including joint injections, minor surgeries, incision and drainage, toenail removal, or urgent care procedures.
