About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for Franklin Primary Health Center in Foley, Alabama. This is a full-time, outpatient primary care position focusing on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs. The physician will practice exclusively in an outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities, coordinate patient care with specialists and an interdisciplinary team, and utilize protected administrative time for documentation and care coordination. The position emphasizes delivering patient-centered care in a mission-driven community health center.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Eligible for Alabama medical licensure.
  • Current or eligible DEA registration.
  • Commitment to outpatient primary care.
  • Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.

Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $200,000 based on experience.
  • Average annual earnings of $240,000-$250,000 through RVU productivity incentives.
