About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for Franklin Primary Health Center in Mobile, Alabama. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, evaluating and managing acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs. The practice is exclusively outpatient with no inpatient responsibilities. The physician will coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary clinical teams, utilize dedicated administrative time for documentation and care coordination, and deliver patient-centered care in a mission-driven community health environment.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure.
• Current or eligible DEA registration.
• Commitment to outpatient primary care.
• Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs.
• Practice exclusively in an outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities.
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
