About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist (RDH) for STRIDE Community Health Center in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves providing preventive dental hygiene services for pediatric and adult patients in a community health setting. The position offers a flexible four or five-day work week with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities, focusing on work-life balance. The Dental Hygienist will serve an underserved and diverse patient population, making a meaningful community impact.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License REQUIRED
• Ability to Independently Provide Preventive Dental Hygiene Services
• Comfortable Managing Approximately 12 Patients Per Day
• Strong Patient Education and Preventive Care Skills
• Passion for Community-Based Dentistry and Serving Underserved Populations
• Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services for pediatric and adult patients in a community health setting
• Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, oral health assessments, radiographs, and patient education
• Work alongside experienced dentists and a dedicated dental support team
• Serve an underserved and diverse patient population while making a meaningful community impact
