Behavioral Health RN | 4-Night Week | Up to $65/HR
About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon. This is a full-time, inpatient behavioral health position with a four-night schedule. The role involves providing direct nursing care for adult behavioral health patients during overnight hours, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, completing nursing assessments, and documenting clinical progress. The RN will respond to behavioral health crises, maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment, and educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge planning. Collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and the multidisciplinary behavioral health team is essential. The position offers autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support.
Requirements
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to administer medications and complete nursing documentation accurately.
- Comfortable caring for behavioral health patients in an inpatient setting.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.

- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
