About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Behavioral Health Director for Tri-Area Community Health in Laurel Fork, Virginia. This leadership role involves providing leadership for behavioral health services across multiple outpatient clinic locations. The director will supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary behavioral health team while maintaining a clinical caseload and delivering outpatient therapy within an integrated primary care environment. The position also includes participation as a member of the organization's Leadership Team, supporting program development, quality improvement initiatives, and behavioral health operations, and utilizing eClinicalWorks EMR for patient care documentation and coordination.

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience providing outpatient behavioral health therapy.
  • Ability to work within an integrated primary care environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Commitment to serving rural and underserved communities.
