About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) for LliBott Consultorios Medicos in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a full-time position in adult primary care, outpatient setting. The NP will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older within a financially stable, physician-led practice. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness. The role also involves performing office-based procedures such as joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions when qualified. The NP will manage approximately 20-25 patients daily with dedicated administrative time built into the weekly schedule. Administrative responsibilities can be completed remotely, working alongside an experienced clinical support team. A key aspect of this role is providing culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population.

Requirements

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Fluent Spanish speaking required.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience performing outpatient procedures including joint injections, minor surgeries, incision and drainage, toenail removal, or urgent care procedures preferred.
