About The Position

GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with Northwell Health, is seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join its provider community. The role provides urgent care services in a network of more than 50 centers throughout the New York City metro area and Long Island. Centers are equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced ECW EMR, and are supported by on-site Radiologic Technologists and Medical Assistants. The position offers provider autonomy with mentoring and support, flexible scheduling, opportunities to trade or pick up shifts, and the option to rotate among locations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages, from 6 months and older.
• Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures and splints.
• Ability to read EKGs and X-rays.
