About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide high-quality patient care in its state-of-the-art urgent care centers in Fenton. The role offers competitive salary and hourly rates, a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for full-time roles, daily volume bonuses based on patient visits per shift, and quarterly bonuses of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction and quality measures.

Providers work in modern centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic), with collaborative staffing that includes radiology technicians and medical assistants. Mercy-GoHealth is part of a rapidly growing urgent care network and offers opportunities to grow professionally and use advanced clinical training.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints, and with preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Physician Assistants must have a master's degree and NCCPA certification.
• Nurse Practitioners must have a master's degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
• Provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
