About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide high-quality patient care at its state-of-the-art urgent care centers in Des Peres. The centers are equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic), and offer collaborative support from Rad Techs and highly trained Medical Assistants. The position includes competitive salary and hourly rates, daily volume bonuses, and quarterly bonuses of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Eligible full-time hires may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints, and with preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Physician Assistants must have a master’s degree and NCCPA certification.
• Nurse Practitioners must have a master’s degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
• Provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
