About The Position
Elaya Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA’s or NP’s) with diabetes management and other endocrinology needs. This role offers a great work-life balance and involves providing direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient education. The PA or NP will manage the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology. The PA works as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New York.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
- 6+ Months Work Experience in Endocrinology
- Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State
Responsibilities
