About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking an experienced, highly motivated licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join its established otolaryngology practice in the Niceville area of Florida’s Panhandle. The group provides general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in the office setting and performing minor surgical procedures, with support from an experienced surgeon and a skilled team.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation is based on experience and skills. Requirements

• Be a licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• Be able to work full-time on the stated schedule.
• Have strong clinical, surgical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Have excellent medical understanding and analytical and clinical skills.
• Demonstrate excellent patient rapport and communication.
• Show a long-term commitment.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of practical experience in internal medicine or allergy is preferred.
• ENT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures in the office.
• Conduct initial patient evaluations and physical examinations.
• Provide preoperative, postoperative, and follow-up care.
• Educate patients before and after procedures.
• Prepare preoperative data.
• Evaluate and treat patients in the office setting.
• Assist with transferring patients from a wheelchair to an examination table or chair.
