About The Position

An established outpatient specialty practice in Surprise, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide hands-on care for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, podiatric, and foot-and-ankle conditions. The role combines patient evaluations, treatment planning, office-based procedures, routine specialty follow-up, and collaboration with an on-site podiatrist and clinical support staff. The clinician will gradually develop an independent patient schedule while consulting with the podiatrist for surgical evaluations and complex cases. Most of the work focuses on podiatry and foot-and-ankle care, including conditions such as heel pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, arthritis, and forefoot problems. Responsibilities also include injections, orthotic management, routine and at-risk foot care, wound assessments, postoperative follow-up, and other procedures within the clinician’s training and scope. A smaller portion of the role supports a physician-directed outpatient treatment program for benign musculoskeletal conditions, with structured training provided. This is a full-time weekday position in a high-volume outpatient specialty clinic. It offers a base salary of $115,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience, plus productivity-based compensation. There are no nights, weekends, call, hospital rounding, or inpatient responsibilities.
