About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Tucson, Arizona. The clinician will apply medical techniques and principles under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases. This is described as a part-time position. The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, support from an in-house clinical team, and the opportunity to join the growing leadership team.

Ennoble Care provides mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services, including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. Its clinicians visit patients at home to support people with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

Requirements

• Board certified, with a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in Arizona.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose patients.
• Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems confidently and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in and around Tucson, Arizona.
• Assess patients’ health through physical examinations and by obtaining, updating, and reviewing medical histories; develop appropriate care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations using internal platforms.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop clinical impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Build trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing when medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications and supplies and provide appropriate medically necessary interventions.
