•$115,000 - $140,000•Onsite

About The Position

An established, high-volume outpatient specialty practice in Surprise, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a background in orthopedics, podiatry, sports medicine, foot and ankle, or procedural musculoskeletal care. The role focuses primarily on podiatry and foot-and-ankle medicine, including evaluation and management of common musculoskeletal conditions, office-based procedures, routine foot care, wound assessments, and postoperative follow-up. The clinician will work alongside an on-site podiatrist, dedicated clinical staff, and collaborating specialists, and will gradually develop an increasingly independent patient schedule while escalating complex cases as appropriate. A smaller portion of the position supports a specialized, physician-directed outpatient treatment program for benign musculoskeletal conditions through assessments, follow-ups, patient education, and coordination with the supervising specialist. No prior experience in this treatment area is required; structured training is provided. The practice offers a predictable full-time weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, call, hospital rounding, or inpatient responsibilities. Compensation is $115,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience, plus productivity-based compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, paid holidays, malpractice coverage, a CME allowance, and professional licensure support.
