About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a talented, creative, and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative care to senior patients in senior living communities. The role is part of an on-site rehabilitation team and assists with services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated care team. Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science degree in the area of discipline.
- Current license in the state of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents.
