About The Position
Charter Senior Living of Hermitage is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant for a weekend PRN opportunity, with Saturday availability needed. Additional hours may be available at Rutland Place. The PTA assists with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated, on-site rehabilitation team. The role provides attentive one-on-one therapy to residents, using functional treatments and a holistic, patient-centered approach. The position offers mentorship, hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments, and opportunities for career advancement and clinical development. The listed pay range is $27.00–$38.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science degree in the area of discipline.
- Current license in the state of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Provide one-on-one therapy services to residents.
- Administer functional treatments emphasizing holistic, patient-centered care.
