About The Position

Powerback is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered rehabilitation in a facility setting. Reporting to the Director of Rehab, the assistant implements physical therapy programs and activities, follows recovery plans, and delivers therapy treatments to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. The role involves adapting care to individual patient needs, collaborating with peers, making referrals when appropriate, and ensuring patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality service.

Powerback provides rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services across the nation, with an individualized approach focused on helping patients recover and thrive. The posted pay range is USD $35.00–$38.00 per hour. The posting describes this opening as PRN.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities
