An Acute Care and/or Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist Assistant who excels in this role supports therapist in assessing the condition of patients, planning treatment programs, preparing treatment schedules and keeping records on the progress of treatment. Assists with therapeutic procedures or administering procedures under a therapist's supervision. Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program
• NC Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
