About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant position is in Salem, Oregon, in Rehabilitation Therapy. The role requires experience in the setting, an active license, and an 8-hour day shift. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Parking and dress-code information will be provided on the first day. The posting lists a 40-hour guaranteed workweek, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks, and weekly billing. Overtime is billed at 1.5 times the regular rate. On-call work is not applicable, and 30 days’ notice is listed.

For ATI assignments, candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license right away. ATI candidates must complete some documentation directly with ATI, in addition to the AMN clearance packet, before ATI clears them to start. For SC assignments, a permanent license is required; compact licenses are not accepted. Candidates who worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the past year are not eligible to return yet. Candidates with prior ATI traveler history, or permanent/PRN history more than a year ago, must have their name and date of birth sent to Katrina to determine rehire eligibility. Requirements

• Candidates who worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the last year are ineligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
• Candidates with prior ATI traveler history, or permanent/PRN history more than one year before submission, require a rehire eligibility check.
• General certifications listed: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Rehabilitation certifications listed: ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training.
