Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Treat patients across various settings within the continuum of care (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Home Health, Outpatient).
