About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff. The Program Manager will treat patients and gain experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager. This is a part-time opportunity with great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with new contracts coming soon in Le Sueur, Jordan, St Peters, and Mankato. The setting includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient Clinics, working with higher functioning residents.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Current CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
