About The Position

Tri-State Physical Therapy, a well-established physical therapy practice in the Pittsburgh area, is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide for its Fox Chapel office. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday through Friday. The role offers on-the-job training for the right candidate, potential for career growth, and the opportunity to help patients work toward their wellness goals. The organization encourages applications from Athletic Trainers, Exercise Science majors, pre-physical therapy students, personal trainers, sports professionals, and others interested in helping people.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for helping others and an interest in the healthcare field.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• A degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Science.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists with daily patient care.
• Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas.
• Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
• Train and educate patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises.
• Manage inventory to ensure the clinic's needs are met.
