About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work at a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, California. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement role on a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility provides support and tools for both new graduates and experienced professionals, with opportunities for career growth and the chance to help patients regain independence. The estimated pay range is approximately $55–$65 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Physical Therapist; however, new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
