About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Monterey, California. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement within a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility provides support and tools to help clinicians succeed and welcomes both new graduates and experienced physical therapists. The position offers an estimated rate of approximately $60–$65 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location, along with full-time benefits and potential sign-on bonus or relocation assistance for some positions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
