About The Position
A respected skilled nursing facility in Riverside, California, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative, with support and tools for both new graduates and experienced professionals. The role offers an opportunity to help patients regain independence and grow professionally. The position is a permanent placement, scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is approximately $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
