About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Pleasant Hill, California. The therapist will join a collaborative rehabilitation team providing services to help patients regain independence. The role is open to new graduates and experienced professionals and is described as a direct-hire, permanent placement. The estimated compensation is approximately $60–$70 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
