About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care in Nashville, Tennessee. The role provides as-needed coverage at one clinic or the option to float across multiple clinic locations. Physical Therapists develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy, and help patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy. The position offers a collaborative, values-driven team environment, opportunities to build relationships with patients and local providers, and access to education and development programs. A Generative AI Documentation Scribe is planned for Upstream clinicians in 2026 to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time. The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. The posting lists an estimated rate of $50.00–$55.00 per hour. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
