About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for a modern outpatient orthopedic setting in Nashville, Tennessee. The role may provide as-needed coverage at one clinic or float across multiple Nashville locations, based on the clinician’s preference. The position offers a collaborative environment, mentorship, learning programs, and the support of a national network with local-clinic teams. Upstream clinicians are also supported by a generative AI documentation scribe that creates compliant clinical documentation in real time. The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. The listed pay is $30.00–$34.00 per hour, with a higher rate for clinicians open to floating. There may be an opportunity to transition to a full-time or part-time role.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active or pending Tennessee PTA license, or eligibility for one.

Responsibilities

Provide as-needed coverage at a single clinic location or float across multiple Nashville clinic locations.
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
