About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN Float Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Clarksville, Tennessee. The role provides as-needed coverage across multiple clinic locations and offers the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients while working with diverse clinical teams. The position is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians and emphasizes patient care, collaboration, professional growth, and a supportive team environment.

The therapist will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and provide high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. Upstream’s central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care. The organization also offers education and development programs and, new for 2026, generative AI documentation support that generates compliant clinical documentation in real time.

The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. Estimated compensation is $50–$55 per hour. Benefits and eligibility depend on employment status and pay class; details are provided during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
